Tom and Louise have over 40 years combined experience within the finance recruitment space - having built careers in leadership roles for some of the fastest growing names in the industry, they have first hand experience of what good looks like. Curious by nature, Tom and Louise have a passion for hearing people’s stories, building communities & creating long term relationships. They established Stonemont Partners to place people at the heart of everything they do and bring your organisation's stories to life.

I am approaching a quarter of a century in the recruitment industry whilst being in denial that I am over 30. I have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the London restaurant scene and still see Britpop as being current. A five time marathon runner, if you can't get me on the phone you will find me doing laps of Battersea Park!
